I came all the way from Tennessee called about the pool being open and was told they were open. I need to be refunded for the trip because my kids just wanted to swim and work out

The entire property is under construction and smells like cigarette smoke. We came here so my kids could use the pool and it is closed and under construction. Would have been nice to know ahead of time so we could have made other arrangements.

Hotels.com lists the rooms as having sofa beds available. They do not. We ended up with a room that did not accommodate our family hotels.com does not care abd did NOTHING to resolve the problem.

We were attending a baby shower in the area and chose the Hampton Inn because it was convenient to the party venue. Our overnight stay was comfortable; the accommodations clean and satisfactory. We would stay there again.

Indoor pool was nice while travelling with kids. Free breakfast as well
