We were in town for a family wedding, and stayed at this hotel. It was completely under renovations with only one entrance in the back of the hotel, yet parking was still in the front. No amenities available, no restaurant, no bar, actually not even a public restroom. Room was just completed, clean and spacious. Had to call for an iron and hair dryer. Day before we left, no maid service. They didn't know why we were missed, but brought up 2 towels, not even a hand towel. They didn't give the bride a headsup until week before wedding. Won't stay here again

From start to finish our experience was incredible. The front staff was busy but so lovely and welcoming, we were able to check in before 4 pm. Our room smelled so good and was clean as a whistle. The shower pressure was incredible and the shampoos and soaps were an added benefit. The kids loved the pool. We then had drinks at the hotel bar with our friends and Thomas was the best bartender ever, friendly, attentive, and quick. He was the only staff member there with a huge crowded lobby. Breakfast was equally amazing, with the two nicest waiters/managers manning breakfast. Overall we’d stay here again every change we get.

We chosebthe hotel carefully for its swimming pool. The pool was closed not just for our stay, but appeared to have been out of commission for weeks w/ possibly weeks to months to come of the same. No notice of this is given on their website, and their was no mention of it in our talks w/ them. Guests should not have to ask or guess if advertised amenities are working; that's a proactive messaging that has to happen on the part of the hotel. Really upsetting to my family.

I’ve stayed at the Hilton before while visiting family nearby which was why I returned. The hotel is undergoing major renovations. They messaged me soon after I made the reservation to prepare me. I appreciate that. Unfortunately I didn’t read the email in time, but that is my fault. The room was in great condition, brand new and very clean. Front desk staff were very nice. Reasons for a 3 star review was that no effort was made to pick up trash/litter on pathway/parking lot outside the temporary entrance. There were sloppy signs up pointing guests to back of building which were hand written or spray painted on plywood. It was difficult to roll my luggage since there was gravel/potholes everywhere. I would have expected better considering the overall condition of the hotel. The other issue was the construction workers language. I’m not a prude or conservative but the crude profanity I heard from construction workers who were sitting outside in the front patio made me very uncomfortable. (Note: they were speaking to each other, and not directed to me). From a professional perspective, that’s not the experience I’d want for my paying customers. That’s not the Hilton’s fault but it’s what I experienced. I’m sure it will look great after reno is completed, but they probably shouldn’t have been taking reservations without having an adequate entrance to the hotel.

Rooms were clean and very spacious. Lots of nice amenities, hot water in the shower. Service was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. On the downside, water cooler in the exercise room was empty the whole stay, even after I brought it to the staff's attention. Worse, breakfast didn't come with the room. Breakfast buffet, which wasn't really that appealing looking, would have cost about $25 pp with tip to the wait staff. We went out and had great breakfast at a family diner for half the price.
