Noisy: every footstep from the room above thundered into our hearing. Every noise from the corridor screamed into our room especially from the children, but also from adults. We would never stay here again. The Wiltshire not so Grand motel from the 70’s.

Charming classic hotel was convenient for our visit to family in the area. Staff was friendly and welcoming, from front desk, to cleaning staff, to breakfast servers. Had a bit of problem with wifi cutting out for a couple days because of the impact of a record rainfall, but it worked when I needed it and I still had good cellular coverage. Good hot breakfast. Would definitely book there again when I stay in area.

Air condtioner unit too loud. Continuous run. Shower is a bit much to turn on when you have to pull handle out to turn on. On good side - allowed family to gather in lobby. They were quite loud and hotel allowed it and had large area for gathering.

Fenced, well-lit parking; security guard very visible at night; quiet (no street noise); micro/fridge, all the toiletries you could want. The breakfast was a bit sparse; bagels, sausage, and eggs both days. Didn't try the restaurant. Seems perfect for the families of a wedding party. Fancy enough, with fitness room and restaurant.
