We had a family of 4 adults in our suite. No pillows or blanket were provided for the pullout bed..only 3 bath towels ..requests made to front desk ..we were told if they had someone to deliver them.. never got pillows, blanket or towels .. Will never stay there again !

Our experience was great! Guest service was friendly. They provided cleaning services to our room daily while supplying anything running low in our room, we didn’t even have to ask. The amenities were great, clean and family friendly. Breakfast was plentiful. The courtyard was beautiful as well as the eating area. We had a great experience.

Great place for families, big rooms. If you are not a pet fan, you must tell front desk to put you away from 1st floor. Good breakfast. It's 10-15 min walk away from nearest store, so not good if you depend on Uber/Lyft.

Very happy with our stay here. Room was nice and clean. Staff friendly and free breakfast was very well done and very complete. Would stay here any time. Daughter’s family had a dog in her room and the dog is why we stayed here but we would stay here even without a dog guiding that decision.

I did not like that there were no play areas for kids, such as arcade games or pinball machines. What I like is the privacy and cleanliness of the area and rooms the guest were friendly.

The hotel was infested with mice I was there with my small children and they were terrified. Ruined the whole trip. We were staying there to visit Nickelodeon Universe
