The rooms are clean and hotel is nice. Staff is helpful and kind. Our room ac did not work. The staff sent engineers up twice and the room is still humid. They could not move us and our kids to a new room do to being sold out. Spent half our one night stay dealing with this and offered a minimal compensation for our almost $500 stay.

This property is a great location to stay with friends and family. Staff was very friendly and accommodated all our needs. This location is also near shopping centers for convenience.

The only issue I had was there was a lot of noise from upstairs. Sounded like they were moving furniture. There were a lot of kid s in the hotel. It stopped just before I was going to call the front desk.
