Amazing place to stay with family.

The hotel smelled wonderful when you walked in. It was a little odd with it being 2 different hotels in one place. You have to use your card to get into the garage to park, which is a very short distance from the entrance. There are elevators from the parking lot to get into the building, which you also need your room key card for as well. The room was spacious and had plenty of room for our family. I am a bit more cautious since Covid and disinfect everything when I arrive. The main areas were definitely clean, but the remotes were gross with dried up stuff on, the doors had what was either blood or ketchup on it, and one of the fridge shelves were not clean at all. Hotel staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great with a good variety. The breakfast area where the food is kept is quite small and gets crowded quickly. There is plenty of seating to seat and eat, but we brought ours up to our room to eat. The pool was a descent size, it’s on the Hampton Inn side of the building but is used by both hotels. The hotel was very quiet, which was nice. The beds were comfortable. There is not much at all around the immediate area. There is a Starbucks within walking distance. Most everything is a drive. It’s about a 10 min drive to get to the American Dream mall. Overall, it is a nice hotel.

I called few weeks before and also the day before to confirm my stay. Each time told not to worry! When we arrived at hotel, room type (2 beds with a sofa bed) was no longer available for my family of 5, they gave us room with 1 king size bed and sofa bed for 2 nights. Next day morning, while going out, we gave all used towels to the lady and asked towels to be placed when we return in the evening. On our return, room key worked to enter the garage but it did not work at the inside entrance to elevator. We were stuck and called emergebcy # on the entrance but the reception put us on hole... wasted 30 minutes and more till the valet guy helped us to get in. Then the key did not work at the room door. I went to reception to get bew key cards. When my son took a shower, he realized no towels placed... i called the reception and asked 5 towels and he told us 4 toweks maximum and wait till someone can bring us towels. I ran down to get the towels meanwhile my son was wet and undressed... This is not all but more than enough never to go there again. This was terrible hotel experience.

Room was not cleaned properly… corridors were not cleaned regularly. Location was very good for my family trip. Parking amenities were excellent. Staff were friendly, but my request I for supplying extra towels and replenishing coffee/tea packs in the evening was not filled.

My family and I truly enjoyed our time at this hotel. It was clean. Staff was friendly from valet to cleaning crew. No complaints.

Amazing hotel. The staff are friendly, polite and professional. My family and I loved to be there and planning to go back soon.

While waiting almost two hours to be able to check in, there were three kids with two adults. The kids were fighting and cursing one another. They were literally punching each other. The hotel staff did not say anything to them, and this went on for a while. Also, when the time finally came to check in, there was a long line and not enough employees to check everyone in. Staff was not friendly, except the valet parking young man. Not a nice experience.

I loved that the rooms were roomy for my family and I (5). We stayed in the Queen Suite. It was nice to have the bedroom separate from the living room and dining area. The one thing that I didn't like was there was no real way to hang towels. Being five people and one hook, it was silly. Plus the towel rack above the toilet was so low that I didn't want my towels hanging from there. Breakfast options were great and satisfying enough. There was something for everyone. If I had to be picky, I would have liked to see a milk alternative like almond or soy as one of my kids have a dairy allergy. But other than that, it was a great stay and I would go again.

Loved the property, great and safe parking. Loved the view from the 12th floor. Quiet and nice. Omg the bathroom was clean and perfect. The breakfast onsite was great. I would recommend this hotel without a doubt. Yeah the couch is worn, but it was okay and clean. I really don't have any complaints. The kids and I were well pleased. The cleaning team was great and checked if we were okay with everything. If you are looking for a stay with self or family I recommend this hotel.

This was a good place to stay it felt like home, the hotel was clean and the house keeping was fantastic. The kids loved the pool I would visit again.
