Everyone was super friendly. The standard queen room with 2 queen beds was perfect for us. Staff were super accommodating. Parking was stress free and had plenty of space. I have 2 kids ages 8 and 9 and they had a blast at the pool. There are some little things that some people might not like. No smart tv but the kids had their tablets to use. So it wasn’t an issue for us. The bathroom had the toilet and tub/shower but the mirror and sink were outside of the bathroom. We actually preferred that though. So if someone had to use the bathroom or shower other people could still brush teeth or wash hands. Brush hair and so on. We LOVED IT!.

I love that there’s a pool and a jacuzzi in the same area it makes it super fun and easy to keep eyes on the kids. And also I love the fact that the breakfast was included.

It was ok i guess our room wasant properly cleaned there was beer bottles behind the nightstand along with the alarm clock there was half a joint and weed in the drewer the beds weren't fresh either.. The hot tub was not hot at all my infants bath water was warmer than the hot tub and the "heated pool" was freezing we spent our pool time in the hot tub witch felt like a heated pool rather than a hot tub.. The breakfast was cold and sausage was over done Over all it was not the best we were in an emergency situation so diddnt really gave any other options but will not be back.

We booked rooms alongside our family and their room was infested with cockroaches we saw easily 10 and many dead ones. Front desk didn’t care because we booked through you! You took 2 hours plus to finally offer our family a refund which should have been automatic. To say we are disappointed and disgusted is a complete
