The matresses were like sleepling in a soupspoon.Might be time to change them. At 400$/cnd per night unacceptable. Told the employee...very nonchalant did not care. I noticed no one smiles or are happy! Bell hop 14hrs shift...the kid was dead. An injection of positivity needed for personnel

Staff was not very friendly. Basically rude when we checked in. We stayed for two nights understand they might not change the bed linens but never restocked the in room coffee or the towels. I booked two rooms one for a family member they told them breakfast was included but did not tell us.

We stay at the AC Hotel Portsmouth every time we are in the area to visit family. We love it!!! It is a newer hotel in a walkable location to lots of restaurants/shopping and as a bonus, has a great rooftop restaurant/bar for those nights that you don't want to venture out.
