SpringHill Suites Manchester-Boston Regional Airport

Our reservation has the purpose to visit our daughters who lives at Berford and attend a graduation ceremony. We just need a place to sleep because durig the day, we were enjoying our family. We really apreciated the positive environment approach, but never visit our room to pickup garbage, change our towels or change the bed sheets.They said the cleaning staff will go after 3 days, but it doesn't happen. At the 4th day we asked at front desk at least to pickup garbage and change our towels. Also ask to replace the coffee pouchs. The guy at the front desk take note, but again, it doesn,t happen. We check out at the 6th day and never receive the cleaning staff. Also, I have to say that the clenaliness in the bathroom, specially the bathtub was poor with dark lines (just need a little bit of clorox or something like that). I have photos, just in case you have a real interest in attend this situation.

Really great stay. Needed a spot between my husband’s family and mine. Plenty of room for the dogs. Staff was wonderful except for the woman that checked us out. The woman that checked us out must have been having a bad day she was unnecessarily grumpy for someone being told how wonderful our stay was.

The hotel has 6 hockey teams staying there and the kids were running amok, knocking on ppls doors,pulling the room numbers down,rough playing in the pool. Hotel ran out of pool towel’s several times, eating area was dirty ,tables not wiped down, floors dirty, breakfast foods were very limited due to the hockey ppl. The hotel did nothing to accommodate the regular guests that weren’t with the hockey guests. When I discussed my issues with the shift manager she said it was her fault. Well it sure as hell wasn’t mine.needless to say sadly I will not be returning to this hotel. I have many other issues but to more to list here.

... Hot water in the shower was a bit slow to come on board, but once it got there it was fine. Left an item by the pool. Contacted the woman at the front desk of the hotel and she retrieved it and held it till a family member stopped by to pick it up... much appreciated!!! Woman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful during our stay... again much appreciated! Breakfast was good, pool was good... was a nice stay for over the holidays

Chose Springhill Suites due to pricing and amenities. Traveling with 2 kids, I always try to find a hotel with an indoor pool and breakfast included in the fee. Springhill fit the bill. Check in was easy and the front desk clerk was friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming. The room was clean, odor free, and comfortable for a family of four. The couch had a trundle bed under it - a bed pulled out from under it. The breakfast was good. Everything was fresh (eggs and sausage) and tasted good. Fresh bagels, muffins, and cereal was also available. Location was near South Willow Street in Manchester, so we were near lots of places to go with the kids. Would schedule another visit again.

I was traveling with another family (2 cars) and the hotel charge us US$5.00 for the 2nd car, is not about the money but have a charge for 2nd car ? Sure next travel will not stay at the hotel.

Family trip over a three day weekend to shop, eat and play. The suites here are great for families and the location is sorta great, being 5 minutes from the mall and places to eat. But it is tucked away behind the airport where there is nothing walkable and feels very remote! Pool was warmish and small. Rooms super clean and looks like a new hotel still. We had WiFi connection issues and had to use our own hotspots most of the time.

Perfect location fr our visit with family members in a 150 mile range. Close to the airport for easy access. Friendly effective staff, good room servicing.

Was looking forward to staying here until i went to check in. The receptionist had a barking dog with her behind the counter. The dog kept trying to jump onto the counter. Once checked in, took the kids to the pool. There was no circulation of the water and it seemed like dirty water. You can see the sides of the pool were dirty like it hadn't been scrubbed in a long time. The room was ok but the kids beds seemed dirty. Did not smell clean. The bathroom shower stall also seemed dirty. The floor was slimy

Hotel was good, staff friendly Pool broken so didn't get to swim much. Fixed at end of stay. Noisy people. Doors don't have any springs for quiet shutting, kids using hall as play area, heard kids above us running back and forth in room until 1230am. Hard to get to sleep at reasonable time.
