Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Manchester Airport, NH

Convenient location to family nearby but the hotel room furniture was old, dirty, spotty carpeting-just no appeal. It did have a jetted tub, which was clean, and made my day after a long DIY session nearby.

This was a last minute booking for a family members wedding. Quick and easy check-in with a kind employee. Quiet area, clean room. Bed was perfectly comfortable for me. Great breakfast the next morning. Would definitely recommend and I would stay again.

The room was clean, no carpet, which I love. Pool was nice. Unfortunately, the Jacuzzi was not working. But the kids enjoyed the pool for hours.

Lack of housekeeping . My daughter amd grandchild were here 5 weeks and saw housekeeping 4 times. Had to empty own trash , get clean towels , get more toilet paper . Was told housekeeping comes every 3rd day , well dont we wish . .Even upon requesting at front desk for housekeeping they didnt show. Spent $4500 here and hoped for better. At one point i told front desk that i shpuld get paid for doing my own housekeeping and he just laughed at me. NEver again

Nice and clean room. They ran out of clean rags and towels so we were not able to change them. Luckily we were staying for 2 days. There were kids staying above us and it sounded like they were going to come through the roof.

The person at the front desk was so personable we really enjoyed talking to him. We got a up grade which was very nice. The rooms were super clean. But the tv was not so good they were a32 inch and a little fuzzy the furniture was old and needs some updates. But I will be coming back to Manchester to visit family and be staying at the Inn. Thanks for nice stay.

The property was nice overall, but we were very disappointed as we booked a stay here as a last minute thing, literally checking in a few hours after we booked; prior to booking we saw online that the pool had been closed and called to ask if it was open, and they said it would be open later that day, so we were very disappointed when we checked in 3 hours later and they told us the pool would be closed indefinitely. I feel as though they lied to us outright, as it sucks as we have 2 small kids who wanted nothing else but to swim. I can't help but feel lied to which contributed to a less than successful trip.

No housekeeping during my 17 day stay. Pool closed. After 12 days, I had to request service for basic necessities like TP and towels yet still nothing 3 days later. Husband had to call manager to get 1 housekeeping service. The maid was nice and gave me a couple more rolls of TP. However, room smells musty and dirty and hallway smells bad. They doublebooked us instead of adding on 3 days to our reservation. Overcharged us $1300 then GM argued it was Expedias fault and told me I had to deal with it even though I was showing her the exact correct charges via Expedia website live in person. Maxed out my CC, made me late to say goodbye to my kids and took 2 more hours to get that cleared up, while driving to the airport. They finally looked into it and found they were at fault. I had already written the GM directly via email about the other issues and have yet to receive any acknowledgement or response. I've never been treated so poorly at a hotel and won't stay here again.

The staff was very friendly. Our room was clean and a nice size for our family. However, we did not have enough towels and no sheets for our sleeper sofa. We were able to get these items at the front desk. We needed more pillows but were unable to get any. I would stay here again.

This hotel was amazing the staff was great and honestly i loved it there. My kids had a blast ate good food got to play like regular kids outside id definitely go back
