PROs: Check in and out is pretty smooth and no wait time. Room is clean, bed is pretty comfortable (not too soft, which we like). Cons: The hotel sits right next to the major highway and a casino, cars/motor bikes' noise comes in late at night and early morning. The bar at the ground floor brings quite a few loud and drunken customers during the night time(it is not even weekend). We travel with baby, hence these all are concerns/red flag to us -- just a note for all the future parents who consider to stay at this hotel.

Neg: lingering old tobacco smell in room Pos: everything else! Flex room and the pool were pluses with a kid. Great deal on breakfast - $30 worth of freshly cooked food for $16. Staff was awesome.

The staff was amazing!! Abby went above and beyond to accommodate my family and I during our stay for my graduation. Abby gave me a tour of a few of the amenities that the hotel offered. Alex was really nice as well! We would definitely return for another hotel stay if we were to visit Manchester again in the future!

We requested for connecting rooms through Expedia but the hotel said they never got our request from Expedia. So our family of 4 had to stay in 2 separate rooms which was inconvenient. The hotel is next to a Harley Davidson motorcycle place and a gambling joint, very noisy and not the most ideal location for an IHG hotel which is supposed to be eco friendly.

We had an amazing, long weekend trip to Manchester. Highly, highly recommend this hotel! Its brand new, extremely clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable. The shower was spacious and we all loved the included shampoos/washes! Very nice touch! I loved the Bath and Body Works lotion that was provided, smelled amazing! Everyone I came into contact with over our weekend were extremely kind, friendly, and courteous! We even extended our trip for a night and the supervisor made the process smooth and simple. We will be back and will be sure to recommend to our fellow sport's traveling families.
