Started with issues at check in trying to get a card on file. After telling us we were basically poor and trying 5 different cards, the originals one finally worked and they gave the ole oops our bad.....we got to our room and changed for dinner and went to eat. Got back to our bathroom flooded. The desk worker told us it wasn't his job and the maintenance guy wasn't back until Monday. After a bit of arguing the desk worker screaming at us in front of our children told us to shut the f up it wasn't his job and he was going to kick us out. So I immediately made a reservation down the road and we left. I'm so happy I paid 250$ for that experience.

I traveled to this hotel on 4- 29-2023. I was very impressed by the service I receive from the two ladies that I saw at the front desk. Doris and Cee, thank you for showing so much love and kindness towards me and my family over the weekend. The hotel was super clean, super quiet, a super safe. Truly we had no regrets. Keep up the great work ladies!!!

The check in was werid. I used hotels.com and arriving to check in they couldn't process it for some reason and it showed on their end it was from Expedia. They wanted a 30.00 deposit fee (which wasn't stated) no big deal but good to know a head. The lady had to mess with the computer to get us in. But also charged my bank and a different credit card 30.00 three times. Which I don't understand how. Was awesome having the dinner there, they do have gluten free options. Or suggested. So if celiac I wouldn't eat there. Kids do eat free. So that's a plus. Back to hotel. It was loud on and off all night which can be expected as it was in the city. But the doors when being closed sounds like jail cells closing. Extremely loud. Lol but we had a great time and no major issues. Will deff come back with the kids.

My room was given away and I was stranded until about 3am when I canceled the room that they bumped to the next day. It was my college graduation, I booked months in advance and had no family/ friends able to attend the ceremony. The supervisor Audra was new and said the system overbooked and had been down the last two days. I called the sister hotel as they suggested and they were booked. I was refunded so I appreciate that but it was very frustrating as everything was booked and planned months in advance.
