Family trip, likes the pool and hot tub, my kids liked the cookies in the lobby, hot breakfast, variety of coffees, beds a little hard I prefer medium, overall great stay

Flew into Manchester late at night and this hotel is a great option. The front desk person, Alicia, checked us in by phone to ensure our arrival was smooth and a crib was in the room for our infant/toddler. Notice a few small maintenance needs, but nothing that was a problem for us. The desk staff was responsive to the observations and check-in/check out process was so easy. Thank you Alicia.

I booked this hotel as it was close to the airport and we had an early flight. Online this facility said it had a restaurant and pool which would be perfect for the kids. However, after checking in and finding the room we discovered there wasn’t a restaurant only a place for a continental breakfast, the facility was very dated and not clean, the pool was murky and the room we were staying in hadn’t been fully cleaned.

Was unable to shower due to no towels available, was not given garbage bages for trash cans, TV was not working, there were no toiletries given in room,trash under beds, my older child was yelled at by staff for sitting in pool area instead of approachine me. Dog crap around property.

It was overall a nice stay. The elevator was very creaky and my kids refused to ride it and took the stairs every time. They ran out of breakfast about 30 min before it ended. The indoor pool had such a strong chemical smell from the chlorine it was hard to stay in for more than 50 minutes

There were children running up and down the hallway at 11:30 at night and no hot water the day we checked in and the day we checked out. When we brought it to the attn of the front desk person she stated “yea we had a lot of people enjoying the hot tub last so it was all used up”

We felt for the price, the value was well worth it. The complementry coffee, cookies and breakfast provided during our stay were very nice. Location of the pool and lack of supervision was our only complaint really. There was trash, towels and reckless kids when we tried to enjoy some downtime. Beds were comfy, room was efficient, hotel lobby was decorative and styled nice. Staff we interacted with were friendly. The lady when we checked in at nighttime was also the one who checked us out the following morning, definitely worked multiple shifts but was very welcoming and pleasant.

The sound of elephants coming thur my ceiling a latge family above me called down twice to front desk and didnt stop this was on new years eve and the floor in the room was soft in spots and i almist put my foot thur the floor next to tub
