Hampton Inn Littleton

We stayed in a suite for a family trip. The lady at the counter was extremely friendly and welcoming. The room was large and clean. The included breakfast buffet was good and included make-your-own waffles which is a fun touch. Our son stayed on the pull out couch which had what amounted to the worst mattress I’ve ever seen on a pull out couch. All you could feel were springs. He complained about it, but he’s a little guy and did ok. No adult would survive it. There was also a loud noise coming from a vent from somewhere outside our room. It sounded like an industrial piece of equipment starting up, and then ran with a loud low pitch hum that you could feel, and ran for several minutes- repeating several times an hour. Loud enough to wake us up several times. They oughta look into whatever it is.

Great hotel, kid friendly with swimming pool and whirlpool.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. We were thrilled to find out it was dog friendly, had a great clean pool for the kids, nicely done rooms, and the free breakfast buffet was amazing. Every staff member we met was so friendly. You can tell they all love their jobs. Highly recommend!

When we checked in we were informed that the pool would be closed for the evening because someone pooped in it, and it needed to be cleaned. While disappointing, we understand that "poop happens". The really upsetting part is that the next day we were told it wouldn't be ready until that night. And that night we were told by Sunday morning. One of the major reasons I chose these accomodations was the size and shape of the pool. With 6 children in tow, the pool was a HUGE deal. We were not offered compensation at all, or even a complinentary meal at a local restaurant. There wasn't even an apology. Outside of that, the staff was very nice and friendly.

Pool and hot tub NOT OPEN! Receptionist told people checking in they should always call first to make sure… so should we call to make sure all light sockets work, ample toilet paper, ample pillows..? Just seemed like a bad unreasonable thing to say. Then they asked if they could get some discount as they chose this hotel for their kids to swim at, and her response was no you booked 3rd party and they just send us a Check so nothing we can do. Room was clean. Restaurant and Walmart within walking distance. Breakfast was really good and a ton of choices. That was the best surprise. I suggest this hotel list a major thing like pool being out of service on their Facebook page and website, that really is the right thing to do! Overall give them a 6.5 If pool was open or advance warning of not being available to use, rating would be a 9.5 Hopefully they will listen to this review, and any people wanting to stay here hopefully will take these things into consideration.

The breakfast was great. The room was perfect for my family of 5.

We went one night for our weekend getaway with our family. Staff was friendly. The kids loved swimming in the pool and playing in the game room. breakfast with great!

Very friendly receptionist who gave us a roomier room because she recognized we had 4 children which was very appreciated. Nice breakfast, clean facilities, great location!! The only critique is the new pool gave all of our kids "road rash" because of the all over gravel-finish, and the hot tub had large brown spots (mold??).

It was a nice place to stay, especially for a family. They accommodated our pets as well. Breakfast was good with a few slight hiccups. The coffee was the best I have ever had. Would stay here again.

The check in was quick and easy..All 3 rooms were clean and close together. Breakfast area was clean and plenty of choices for the adults and kids.
