Very nice property; good service, decent parking, but get an upstairs unit. The kids upstairs woke us up very early running around.

We stayed in a family suite that coped extremely well with the demands of my family of 6, essentially having 2 twin bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely location.

Very clean room, fridge , coffee machine and microwave in the room. Breakfast with many options and refilled quickly. Tennis court, indoor and outdoor pools, other games available outside. Very nice place for family or couples very close to North Woodstock (Brewery, antiques) and Flume Gorge or hicking options.

Property is clean and well maintained. Staff is helpful and polite. Breakfast was nice and property has lot of activities for families. Checkin and checkout was smooth. Will definitely visit again.

Our family had a great time. We were very comfortable and enjoyed the pool, hot tub sauna and game room. Plenty of towels provided in the pool. There were some minor finish items in the room not maintained, no working vending machines and no recycling containers. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of options and staff continuously refilled the eggs, home fries and sausage. We went in the off season when outside activities were not an option but it was a great value!

Our favorite place to stay when skiing the franconia mountains. Amazing hot and cold breakfast. The pool, with hot tub and sauna are great for apres ski. The rooms were clean, updated, and decently sized. The location is fantastic, by lots of restaurants and a 15 minute drive to the two larger area mountains. Just be aware that this is a very family oriented place. So, if you're looking for peace and quiet poolside, after your ski day... it's unlikely. Kids abound.
