The staff here were extremely pleasant, helpful, professional and courteous. They were happy to help. Like a trip back to the early days of motoring hotels, Nootka Lodge is a throwback to a bygone era. While clean it is an aged facility. We stopped here on our way to a ski trip in main and had room 19. It was pleasant (large) but our bed headboard was against the wall attached to an outdoor stairs leading to the room above us. Each time someone walked or kids ran up, it rattled our bed. It was not the fault of the facility but our upstairs neighbors were quite loud whenever they walked or seemed, bounced along the floor.

Perfect for family multi-party stays. Had family from far staying for a family reunion. Loved the service and staff and easy check in and check out. Our family stayed in 5 different rooms and everyone slept well. Not a single complaint and we were respectful of the quiet times! Very spacious rooms, great HVAC system, and loved the game room. You will see many of us again!

We have family in the area, and stay at Nootka Lodge when visiting. Our experience over the years has been consistently a very good one. Staff is alway pleasant, and the rooms are comfortable and clean. Thank you!

Lovely place to stay. Unfortunately my room was above the game room and I heard all the people playing late at night which wasn’t nice considering I was with my kids too. Other than that the place is beautiful and has a convenient location.

We stayed one night after a backpacking trip in the White Mountains. Our room was a family suite. The room was huge. We booked this room because the price for a Friday night was much lower than the hotels near Lincoln, although it's 45 minutes away. Our room had three beds and a kitchen. A little outdated, but very clean and comfortable.

It's popular with the motorcycle crowd. Someone there was banging on his bike for hours trying to fix it. He had some help from other riders. There is an outdoor pool (filled with kids) and a separate indoor hot tub in the rec room (no kids). The gym equipment is very old. Rec room has microwave, spare fridge, couches, air hockey table and a tv for which I wasn't able to find a remote. It's not so much a "lodge", more like a motel. There are regular motel rooms and a few fancier loft-type rooms, which I didn't know about. Walmart down the street closes 11pm, Rite Aid across street closes 6pm, there's 1 restaurant across the street. Break room next to office open 24 hours, can make coffee or tea. Fridge and microwave in room. Cable TV, not many spare outlets for phone charging - had to break out my extension cord. Dated motel located in a very beautiful area. Okay for an overnight stay.

Cute little rustic lodge. Loved the pool table and hot tub. Pool was good. Full sized beds are too small for my husband and me. If the bed under the a/c unit was moved to where the desk is, might be more comfortable. The carpet needs shampooing. My feet got black after my shower, and my hands got black after searching for a dropped watchband pin. It’s rustic but worked ok for our flexible family in three rooms. I had forgotten about the $2 resort fee collected at the hotel which seems a little silly but no huge deal. Breakfast fast food nearby. Parking good. Lots to do in the area. Second floor walk up but parking available on that level.
