Nice property! Was some noise due to children close by running around. Bathroom had hair on floor and stains on comforter. I would still go back since rooms are nice despite the little things

One of the employees just walked into our room. Told us “you checking out” that was a couple hours of checking into our room. I don’t understand where she got that information from? We had kids taken showers and getting ready. That was really uncomfortable. We took procedures and made sure our door was secure and back door. Until today we still haven’t heard from the manager to address this issue.

Welcoming and clean. Great front desk a gal. I like that the casino is not in the hotel. A good environment for my kids

When arriving everything seems to be nice and maintained. Checking in was simple we got our keys went to our room only to find a man in our room that said ooh sorry not sure why they gave you this room it is out of service. So then went back to the front desk and told them they seemed puzzled try to figure out what was going on after they made a few phone calls they said so sorry there has been some kind of confusion. They said we can have a room ready for you in about an hour mind you have already unpacked the car because we did already checked in so now we have to take everything back to the car and we were traveling with 3 small children. Super frustrating. They did offer us to get in the pool but we had no wjere to change or couldn't un pack our stuff because no where to put it. All they could say was sorry. When asked for our money back they dont do refunds I would have to contact xyz... and it was not guaranteed. So after waiting they give us a room that the shower handle is broken the curtains dont close stains on the floor and hair still in the shower from who knows when. And to top it all off they have your complementary water for 4.00 people dump thousands of dollars i. To these places and not even a complementary water just a broken down dirty room.

The staff were so friendly and polite. They were always busy cleaning or helping people. It’s nice the rooms are separate from the casino and I didn’t have to walk my kids through it to get to our room.

Clean but room needed updated badly. Bed was sunken and rooms are not quiet. Between the shower doors and the doors to the rooms it sounds like things slamming every minute of the day. As well as extremely loud birds right outside the window congregating to wake you up at the crack of dawn. And kids screaming and crying and running down the hallways. Great place if you don’t want to sleep. Conveniently located and food at the casino was good and the casino is clean.

This hotel was great! We stayed here for a soccer tournament my daughter was playing in. I didn’t realize the hotel wasn’t connected to the casino which I loved because I just do not like hauling my young kids through a casino if I don’t have too. If you’re interested in the casino it’s a short walk & if you can’t walk they offer a shuttle. In addition to the set up, the rooms were spacious & so clean. Staff were also great, helpful, friendly & attentive. Will definitely stay here again, probably will always be my first choice whether it’s for a soccer tournament weekend or an adult weekend. Great hotel!

I liked that the hotel was removed from the casino so I didn’t have to walk my kids through it every time to leave. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hot tub and heated pool were nice and the area around it was kept clean.

Everything good except the bed. Proctive rubber like mattress cover was uncomfortable it was like what you put on to protect the mattress from a child who wets the bed.
