This is not a family (kids) friendly place to stay. The only thing this place has for kids is the pool and it closes at 8pm. And the slide didn't open until 1130am and closed at 430pm. SMH I got a pizza for the kids while in the pool and wasn't allowed to bring it in. But their posted sign only started no coolers But the pool was nice. When we get to our room, it was so hot (115 outside) and our air-conditioning didn't work. I had to sit in the hot room waiting for them to get and change the air-conditioning. Otherwise the room was fine. Valet was included in the resort fee.

Our stay was great. Just one night, 2 adults, 2 kids in a 2 queen room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Pool was awesome, plenty of seating and poolside drink service. Waterfall makes it even better. Ate at the Cafe for dinner, we were seated right away, drinks and orders taken within a couple minutes & food out in less than 10 minutes. Food was hot & good! Prime rib was worth it for sure. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great place for a weekend getaway. The food in the in-house restaurants was excellent! Love this place and will definitely return and recommend to friends and family. Affordable room rates and reasonable resort fees make this a favorite destination for me and my honey.

Tired and in need of an update. Best thing going for it, it’s cheap. Prepare for raucous environs most days. They cater to youth sports families here for competitions. Pay a little extra and stay at a Holiday Inn etc if you need peace and quiet with rooms that don’t smell like they’ve been lived in since 1880.

Customer service was not friendly at all, room had 2 baby pillows on each bed, they were tiny and you could hear everything from the rooms next door

Pool is always closed. Hot tub doesn't work properly. Room was not cleaned well before our check in--tissues were missing, light/clock not working, shower leaked all night, wall paper coming off walls. Could hear every noise from the hallway--including every time someone used the ice machine. They are letting this place go to pot. Nothing for kids to do at this place.

We picked this hotel because in the past my kids have really enjoyed it and it's been years since we had come. Very disappointed to know the slide was only open for an hr a day. The hot tub wasn't hot just warm bath water. Not sure we will come back again.

My only concern with the Casablanca is my own fault for booking at a casino. The only way to access the family friendly attractions and check in is through the casino. Taking my children through a smoke-filled atmosphere to get to our room and to the restaurant was not fun. If you want to stay at a casino, it’s great. Just a hotel, not so much.
