Hotel is nice , the only problem we encountered was that there was only one elevator working, which made it inconvenient. There was a long wait time to actually catch a ride down to the casino or up to your room made it impossible with my stroller with kids.

I didn’t know there was this jewel far from the Vegas strip that would be worth my money. My family’s vacation at Sam’s town was a blast! My kids had fun. I love that they don’t have to inhale a lot of smoke like what’s happening with other casinos. It’s really kid-friendly. Smoke is minimal. We had fun at their bowling alley, their arcade, and dinner night at TGI Fridays. To top it all off, their mini-fountain show (like that of Bellagio’s) was super sweet with nature incorporated into the theme. I got a good deal for a 3-day weekday summer vacation, and all I can say it felt like winning at the slot machine.

The rooms where clean and cleaned everyday. The shower had good water flow. Was kinda worried about safety traveling with small kids alone, but there are security people on every floor, parking was easy and free. Food choices was great!! And liked that there activities for the kids, movies and the arcade. The pool was small, but cowabunga the water park is about 7 min drive down the road. And walmart across the street. Will stay again.

The hotel is so clean and well-maintained. All the employees are kind. They have a cinema, arcade, food court and restaurant. Our family enjoyed our stay and will come back. Highly recommend.

We spent several days at Sam's and had a very nice stay. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Decent restaurant choices and lots of security in the hotel and the parking garage. Our only complaint was the pool area -- we went in the evening and it was still crowded with families with kids, even after 8pm when it's supposedly "adults only". There was no staff in the pool area cleaning up or enforcing the policy and there was garbage, food scraps, and used towels all over. We didn't go back. Otherwise, Sam's is a great place to stay, for the location and the price, and the friendly staff.

We stay at Sam’s Town, because it was close to the family birthday party. The hotel was recommended to us. We were very happy with the parking, casino and especially the room. The hotel was clean and our room was a good size and very clean. It’s a perfect size hotel, not too big or small.
