The hotel is so clean and well-maintained. All the employees are kind. They have a cinema, arcade, food court and restaurant. Our family enjoyed our stay and will come back. Highly recommend.

We stay at Sam’s Town, because it was close to the family birthday party. The hotel was recommended to us. We were very happy with the parking, casino and especially the room. The hotel was clean and our room was a good size and very clean. It’s a perfect size hotel, not too big or small.

Rooms were comfortable, plenty of activities to do. Food selection was ok. Wish they had a little more. Elevator were the problem through out our stay from the time we arrived and left. There was only one elevator working on each side of the hotel during a very busy weekend. It toke about 30 mins to get on and off a times which made it difficult having a toddler with us that was very inpatient. Other than that it was a good stay.

customer service was amazing from the ladies at. check in til the whole experience we play the slots and my wife let her cell phone but the kid cleaning found it and turned over to security so we got it back that was great definitely recommend this hotel

The overall hotel was beautiful and the rooms are spacious. Had a small issue with the AC in our room not wanting to stay on also there is no microwave but other then that it was great. There is plenty for kids to do and adults. No real need to leave u less you want to see the strip. Its about 20-30 minutes away so plan accordingly.

I stayed at this hotel 4/11-4/14-24. Great experience. Love that fact everything is near. Hotel has a lot to offer. Great for family with children. This place has a bowling alley, theater, arcade and more. The only down fall is the air conditioner was set and programmed to stay on 68. There were times when the room was hot. And room service is offered only every two days . Must request for anything needed other than that, it was a good stay for me.
