Boulder Station Hotel and Casino

I would recommend m family to Boulder station casino. Staff make you feel welcome and at home.

Convenience of being close to family. Easy parking

I’ve had a somewhat bad experience before with another hotel’s cleanliness so I decided to be prepared and take my own things to clean the restroom, and when I say it was SPOTLESS, I’m not kidding! The room was so nice and comfy, the security of going into the elevators was amazing, not just anyone can go up to the hotel tower. Mini fridge kept things ice cold, the AC was great. Will definitely be back!

Had a great time with my family reunion

Boulder Station is convenient. We go visit family and find this hotel close to by.

Needed a hotel near family strictly for sleeping. We did not gamble and only visited the food court eateries. Last trip we stayed at Sam’s Town but we prefer Starbucks and Sam’s only had a Dunkin. This time we opted for BS. The room was extremely dark even with all the lights and shades open. The windows were very dirty. The toilet had better water pressure than the shower and the shower drain didn’t drain efficiently. The bedside table lamp had a charging station that did not work. The food court chain restaurants inside the hotel charged almost three times what they do at the same chain down the street. Poor air quality even in non smoking areas.

Stayed here only because it was close to family’s house. Previously stayed at Sam’s Town but they didn’t have a Starbucks in the hotel so this time we tried BS. Starbucks in the hotel charged at least twice what the drive thru down the street does as do the other fast food options. The rooms are very dark which I understand people like but the lighting is so bad you can hardly see to read or apply makeup even with all the lights on. The charging station on the lamp next to the beds didn’t work. The windows are very dirty on the outside so not much light comes in when the blinds are open.The toilet has higher water pressure than the shower! I could hear the people in the next room coughing. A couple of sweet security ladies working next to the elevator but other than that the staff was slightly cranky.

It was nice to have places to eat without having to drive and the kids likes the arcade. The rooms were dirty and we had roaches and mold in the bathroom of our room. The convenience was definitely not worth the filth. Will not be back

When we arrived yesterday around @4:00 pm, we went to our room and in the hall way 8th. Floor, they were a bunch of kids playing hokey, noisy, loud, I had to call front desk and it took a while for somebody to come up and talk to them, the carpet in our room had Cheetos and peanuts from the guest before, it was disgusting. We stay here frequently because our friends live near by and we go and gamble.
