Everything was good my family and I enjoyed the hotel services.

Front desk ladies super nice but the room smelled terrible, carpet was extremely stain and dirty me and my family felt I lot of itchiness at night we wondered if the bed sheets were cleaned of changed before we used them , we were very tired that night that we didn’t leave the hotel we slept there but won’t going back again

Very nice and quite and family oriented. Great staff. There are 2 things I would suggest and it would be in the following please get softer pillows and the entrance door by the pool is very difficult to open. Thank you

1 night stay with family, the pool was great. Front desk staff was very friendly. Would stay again. The airport shuttle was so nice n convenient.

We traveled with 2 kids. The property is excellent and not run down. Overall I would stay again.

In town visiting family for a couple nights. This was great location to the airport, and downtown (if we wanted).

The staff was super helpful and friendly. We reserved two adjoining suites and it was perfect so the grandchildren could come into grandma and grandpa's room. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable and it was nice to have a refrigerator and a microwave oven. The bathrooms were clean. The breakfast was top-notch with cheese omelettes and sausage, waffles, yogurt, a variety of juices, milk, cereal, oatmeal, bread, bagels, toaster, fresh fruit, hot chocolate, tea, coffee. The lobby also had coffee and hot chocolate. Even though we were close to the airport, we didn't hear an airplane while in the rooms. We would stay here again!

Appreciated the comfy beds, as well as breakfast and shuttle option, but the cleanliness of the room was horrible. There was food, snot, makeup (probably...hopefully) pencil markings and who knows what else smeared on walls and curtains. I visited the front desk and their option was to hand me some clorox wipes. I ended up leaving the room cleaner than I found it, because I wiped down the areas at my kid's height and lower. Never been so disturbed and ready to cry because of a room this dirty.

Pros: no dog fee. No parking fee I stayed in this hotel with my family in a suite . The room was a good size and affordable so I was like why not. Well here is my experience. As I open the door I was greeted by a nice looking room that was decently cleaned. I was happy because I read reviews on the uncleanliness of some rooms. It wasn’t until I looked closer that I realized the room wasn’t spotless as it should have been. Behind the curtains, I spotted a used floss on the floor from the previous guests. The light in the shower had bugs inside it. The tub had a yellow tint to it. One lamp did not work which I didn’t mind cause I’m not the type to complain about something so little like that but come on, in any Vegas strip casino hotel that would never happen . With a closer look, I noticed stains on the lamp cover in the room. That is unacceptable. It seems to me that they attempt to clean everything but they don’t deep clean everything. It’s frustrating cause I spent so much here. A con for me was how much money I payed for parking at the strip due to staying here. I wish they offered a shuttle to the strip. Breakfast was alright . The food offered was waffles, sausage , toast, cereal, bagels , eggs, oatmeal. I wish there was more variety. I didn’t care . Free breakfast is always a bonus but my wife did not enjoy it .

Check in went super smoothly and front desk representative was friendly and helpful. Lobby and breakfast area appeared to be clean and updated. When we got to the room we were less than impressed. The tub was in very poor condition, with a floor that was visibly worn and dirty. The water spout was deteriorating and appeared sharp in places where the metal had broken away. If we’d had kids along we wouldn’t have wanted to bathe them in it. The bed was very saggy, though the bedding and pillows were clean and comfortable. The walls were paper thin and we could hear people in their bathrooms. When the toilet flushed above us it sounded like it was in our room. If we’d been staying any longer than the one night I’d have been pretty bummed out, but it gave us a place to crash, which was all we really needed.
