Property was easy to find and check in smooth. The front desk when we checked in was very helpful to answer questions that I had about the airport shuttle the next day. 1 of those was about the breakfast, since it started at 6 and I was taking the 6am shuttle for my flight. She said they would open and let me grab something to take with or eat quick. The next morning however the front desk did not offer that, the breakfast area was not open. There was another guest and family that was also taking the shuttle, that she did offer to them to go into the breakfast area and get something. I was standing right there! I was not offered the same courtesy. The van driver was pleasant and helpful, but the hotel van needs some serious repair. I purchased breakfast at an inflated price at the airport.

They were very accommodating—they had a room available for us to check into at 9 am. (Attending a family funeral with my elderly mother and our flight arrived at 8. She needed to rest before the service). Thank you!!

Checked in for our stay and was greeted with a very friendly front desk staff. Reserved 2 rooms. At midnight my older children in the second room woke me up because they had found bed bugs! When they alerted the night staff at the front desk they were told to strip their own beds (she didn't have housekeeping) put the sheets in a bag and remake their beds with fresh sheets! When I called and informed her that's not how bed bugs work, she replied rudely "I know how bed bugs work ma'am, there's nothing I can do tonight. They'll be fine." We will NOT be returning! And if changing the sheets is all they do to rid the room of bed bugs, I don't think anyone else should stay here either! Expedia was quick and very helpful in getting my refund for the stay.

The stay at this hotel was terrific. 5 stars all around to the staff from the front desk friendliness and courtesy to the cleanliness of the room and property. The only issue that keeps this hotel from being top-notch is the surrounding properties. In particular, the 7-11 two doors down has a constant homeless presence with drunk/high persons begging for change. Witnessed 3 fights there in the 3 nights we were at the hotel. Definitely not a safe family environment outside the hotel. Again, inside the hotel was great, but you’re not going to be spending your entire vacation inside the hotel.

I liked being able to get a coffee and breakfast . Liked the shuttle service made it easy for travel to airport. Did not like the 25.00 deposit charge , thst was surprise. Am not going to take or destroy the room. The kid at the front desk was polite.

We had a hotel for our one night stay, because we had an early flight the next morning and we were traveling 2 hrs from our vacation destination to the Las Vegas airport. We cancelled that reservation and moved to this Hampton because it offered a shuttle service and because we were a party of 6 (my family and my elderly parents) we thought this would be SO helpful to be able to return the rental car the night before and take the shuttle to the airport. Upon arriving, there was a sign posted that there was no shuttle. I asked why there was no communication about the lack of shuttle ( don't have it on your webpage if you aren't offering it) I explained the need for the shuttle and asked if there was a compensation for this. The front desk clerk went back and talked to someone and came back and said "No" because we booked through Expedia there was no way to communicate that. The interesting this is that they communicated through Expedia, to me, to let me know that we could check in early if we needed to. We checked in anyway as we had no choice, it was later in the day, we were tired and just wanted to get our bags in out of the heat. When we checked in, the front desk clerk confirmed our two rooms and told me that we had joining rooms. When we got to our rooms, the were next door to each other but not conjoining. The floors of the bathroom look very worn and the trim around the edges, was coming away from the wall. We usually always have a great experience at Hampton Inn's.
