The Orleans Hotel & Casino

Wry clean, very friendly staff. Lots of places to eat and bowling for the family.

The hotel is so outdated, and the AC was so loud to the point that we had to turn it off so we can sleep, and the room got so hot afterwards. The house keeping never came to clean the room till I called, even after they came they didn’t take the empty shampoo bottles and didn’t give us a new soap bar. The closet, iron, and ironing table was inside the washroom, which made it inconvenient if my kids want to dress up but I’m using the washroom at the same time. The room had no fridge which is a necessity during the summer time.

This was our first time staying at The Orleans and we had a really nice trip. We couldn’t help but notice the cleanliness of the hotel, the friendliness of the staff and the many amenities that the property has to offer. It’s a kid friendly hotel as there is a bowling alley, an arcade, a movie theater, an arcade and a play area. We also quite surprised at the size of the casino floor as it kept going and going! Our hotel room was simple enough, but for three ladies sharing the room while getting ready to attend a wedding, we all commented on how wonderful the water pressure was in our shower. Most excellent! We also have to give a shout out to our bell hop and valet attendant, Joe. He was very sweet, funny, charming and engaging. He needs a raise!

Our stay was to capture family time and it was accomplished. Every one was happy and will be returning back soon

Our trip was to visit with family and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Orleans. Staff was kind and informative as well as pleasant. Room was clean and neat. We enjoyed many of the amenities the hotel provided. Thanks for a comfortable stay.

The Orleans is our go to hotel when we want to stay away from the strip. It’s pretty much what we expect. The amenities for the kids are what we need. Was hoping for the machines to be paying out though. Didn’t happen lol

Easy to check in - made the experience pleasant when travelling with a toddler. Would have rated a 5-star but was not provided the advertised resort credit.

Great place to take the kids. You have the option of going to the movies, a bowling alley, a beautiful pool, and 24 hour food services. I wish they had coffee makers in the room. Other than that, I had an excellent time.

Nice for the kids, but not as clean as it use to be. short of staff. Could be more customer service friendly, especially the one caucasain lady at the bowling ally snack bar.
