Gentleman at our elevator area was very welcoming and greeted us with a big smile and engaged us like we were his friends and family.

Went to vegas for my daughters 7th bday. Checked in and they upgraded us to a penthouse. What a great first experience for my family.

Not a nice place for families. Hotel staff very unhelpful and couldnt answer the simplest queries of the area. We asked for our bathroom to be cleaned after we found a long hair in our shower when we checked in. Room service arrived 6 hours later waking us up at 10pm. Reception then called at 11pm again waking us and our kids up to see if it had been done. Appreciate vegas isnt a family place but surely a fairly expensive hotel could do a bit better.

They help me with the best option for my stay even if I messed up with the location on the hotel . Had amazing experience with my family . Thank you

No free shuttle service to the strip so budget in a couple cab drives daily. I found drivers courteous and cabs convenient they deserved their pay. But I resented the service charges at ATM. A 200.00 withdrawal cost me 315.00 with the exchange and the hefty service charge. Is it too much to ask for a free bottle of water in your hotel room. $8.00 US on the strip. With escalators not working I needed the water. We upgraded our room but extra cost was not worth it. I admit to being spoiled by the Niagara river and falls views That I’m accustomed to. In all fairness maybe the water price is relative. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Eating at a four star restaurant can cost you your months grocery bill. I’m not kidding. House wine at Gordon Ramsay’s cost 59.60US A GLASS be sure to check the wine list before ordering. Experience however was otherwise lovely. I realize I strayed my comments away from the property. This was my third stay at the Palms over many years. Vegas has allot to offer, Enjoy!

I came with my family in December it’s was wondering, but I’m coming back in the summer so we can experience the pool

Needs some shopping options like other resorts and family friendly activities... spent alot of money on taxi/Uber to other resorts for shopping/ theatre experiences/ family activities...it would be great if the resort had those options and/or a shuttle- flat rate to other resorts since it is a little away from other resorts.

Customer service is not too priority here. Requested a later checkout and the bell desk gave us till 12 noon. At 11:05 am housekeeping was banging on our door for us to leave. Then 10 mins later the front desk is calling the room and informing us we need to leave. I informed them we were granted a later check out and then she said “oh just kidding I see the notes here”. Then to top off the whole trip the toilet was clogged and we had to get a maintenance guy to unclogged it. After waiting an extended amount of time for him to come he plunged it and then said we need to hold down the lever when we flush as if we didn’t try every possible thing. Please save your money and do not go to this hotel. Very bad experience.

The staff that greeted us from the onset ( Jack ) our valet was awesome courteous and very attentive to our arrival. Nuyan our person for our luggage extended the same kind of service. Our front desk receptionist was also knowledgeable and took care of our check in quickly. Check in was quick and very informative. Our stay here was the best. I will my family and friends of the Palms.

Excellent. What I like most is it’s a family resort. Lots of security present and choices of dining for a large family to choose from. Also, the number one thing is the Valet. Those guys are the best I’ve experienced of all the hotels I’ve been too. Hands down the best.
