Nice and well maintained hotel. 15-20 min walking distance from the strip (a little too far for families). Very limited dining options in immediate vicinity. Transportation limited to Uber and taxi with shuttle running between the hotel and grocery store.

It was our first time staying here and it was amazing. My kids enjoyed being in the pool all day . The strip is so close by and many food options around to choose from. I will definitely be booking with them again.

It is not family friendly. At the pool the guards were all over the kids for every move they made, I get no running and that kind of safety but a 12” beach ball is dangerous? All while the adults are doing whatever they want. Drinking in the pool, running because they don’t have shoes on and the pool deck is hot. But that’s ok. Not one time were they told no running. Maybe cause they’re running to the bar to spend money. I won’t be back.

Second time staying here! Great for families, pool are very nice and have a great kids area. It’s nice not to have a casino and thousands of people in the bottom of the lobby. Highly recommend it!

This was a good family friendly resort. The splash pad and the pool were a hit with the kids. Since the hotel is off the strip they run a free shuttle to Treasure Island so you can easy access to the strip. Not much food amenities around the hotel. Nothing in the hotel it's self and the pool restaurant only served food til 4pm. It is part of a timeshare. The room itself was nice! It had a stocked kitchen, a dishwasher, a full sized coffee pot and a convect microwave

I have to say that I really enjoyed the property and over all experience. Location was off the strip which was nice. Unfortunately the morning we arrived we found a massive cockroach in our room. The desk move us. But no other compensation was offered. Over all minus having to be coyote Peterson it was a great option for families.

This property was a surprise for us the room was really nice basic, clean and very quiet all day and through the night. The front desk staff were very welcoming and responded fast to our shower not working. The main rooms of the property were beautiful much nicer than expected and the location is really close to everything. Would stay here again. Was great for kids as well as they were having an Easter egg hunt the day we arrived and had activities at the pool as well

Good place as 3 stars hotel with max 8 star rate in Expedia not more( that showed 8.7-9.00)!? It’s off strip and only option is use free shuttle every hours provided by property to strip ( no safe walking for 20-30 min other side of highway reach to strip) It has small shop inside helpful, but pricy as well as free shuttle 10 am daily to grocery store It has couple good pool for family swim . It’s good option for family like to stay off noisy strip at night. Limited dinning to one small fast food by pool between 10am-7pm . Recommended for low budget stay

Hotel was clean and kitchenette had everything you need. The location was also nearby restaurants and close to the strip/attractions. The kids enjoyed the pool. Would come back here again. However, the person at the member services desk was quite pushy regarding a presentation he wanted us to sign up for (timeshare?). Even asking me to "do the presentation for him" - Very awkward. When I declined, his mood quickly changed and was not as friendly.
