I book 2 rooms one for my family and the other one for my friend, I pay for both rooms at the time that I booked them, mind you, only one of my rooms was ready the other one took almost 2 hours for my friend and her kids to get her room and her with a 3 months old baby and on top of it, they told us that VIP customers had preferences Vs us , even though I had pay for the rooms 8 days prior to our arrival

One of the rooms assigned to my family was dirty, hair all over floor, toilet seat broken and crumbs behind TV. I left immediately. With my daughter being high risk for covid I did not want to jeopardize her health. I request that we be reimbursed for at least partial payment.

“In the future you should…” you should have better customer service skills Floyd instead of piss poor attitude. Alongside with snarky terrible front desk service, the room I got wasn't the kind I received it was a handicap accessible room and they allowed super loud children curse and chant for 2 hours! At the pool. Smh oh there was blood on the bath towel, let’s just say I won’t be go for this hotel ever again!

It was a pleasant stay for family like us what we don’t like is that they will only offered cookies upon arrival and not during the entire stay. A lot of guests were denied of that when we were checking in and during our check out. We didn’t try to ask coz we knew will be denied too. This is the only Doubletree hotel who denied their guests for cookies😂😂😂. The location is too far from the strip but closer to the airport. Sven is a great guy in the front desk. Next time be nice to your guests so they will comeback and refer you to their friends. Good customer service good profit.
