I have stayed at this hotel twice and it’s been a great experience for me and my family. I have no regrets whatsoever about this hotel and I will be staying there again in the future.

The hotel and staff have been great! I love the way the rooms are organized with multiple surfaces to help organize your belongings. The colors and the lobby are open and inviting. This is the first Vegas hotel where I did not see a single slot machine, so it is definitely work and family friendly. My only complaint was that I did not see on the website that, to use the airport shuttle, you should call them as soon as the plane lands. I went out to the hotel shuttle area and had to wait 45 minutes (after calling the hotel) for the shuttle to arrive.

Great hotel to stay in for close transportation to the hotel. Rooms are clean, spacious and designed to hide your luggage and give you more room. I personally just don’t like the new colors, I felt like I was in a nursery and was waiting for baby giraffes and baby elephants to pop out at me. I would stay here again

My family used this property for a quick stay overnight till we could transition to the timeshare we have the following day. We had a very late arrival from Florida and this was a super convenient place to stay. The room was clean and comfortable for 2 adults and 2 teens. Breakfast is included but you definitely need to be up early to take advantage of it. Would stay here again.

Kitchen attendant was very rude. Cero customer service and empathy towards a person with severe peanuts allergies. She said to me, when I asked if the bread was safe for my kid with severe peanut allergy, “you better bring your own food next time” she doesn’t even bothering to check if the bread was safe for my kid.

Free shuttle bus to the airport. Convenient if your flight is early morning and you have a toddler. Family-friendly.clean and their bathroom amneties is 10/10.

Tru does not charge the “resort fees” that most Las Vegas hotels charge. Great for transit and family stay.

Absolutely enjoyed my stay. It was a super emotional trip and staff alone made the experience super accepting and comfortable. I slept like a baby. Thanks you guys!
