Unfortunately hotels.com overbooked our room and we ended up with a regular room and not our junior suite we paid for. Staff and hotel were very friendly. Did not receive any kind of refund which was upsetting. I might start booking with the hotels directly.

Everyone was exceptionally awesome and made our one week stay here extremely special and well. From the moment we walked in to housekeeping and to the awesome staff at the dine in section (especially Ms Cindy our favorite waitress), we were treated like family and everyone was so sweet and helpful!

My family stayed on our way to LA and the breakfast needs to be included in the price of this place because the rooms need major renovations. The tiles were cracked in the bathrooms, there was mold on the ceiling of the shower, there were stains like burn marks around the bathroom sinks, water comes out of the shower all over the floor so you use all your towels to soak up water coming out of the shower and the plumbing is aweful! The toilets flood. I’m so disappointed that this was a Hilton. There’s no excuse for the condition of this hotel

If there were an option to give zero stars, I would have chosen it without hesitation. I was traveling with my elderly parents, and upon arrival, the smell in the room was unbearable. I had booked a two queen junior suite, but the hotel offered me a room with a roll-out bed for the same price instead. This is completely unacceptable. When I called Expedia, where I had made the booking, the only options provided were to stay in the foul-smelling room or accept the inferior room with a meager $50 compensation for the inconvenience. This is outrageous customer service from both the hotel and Expedia. They clearly have no regard for their guests' comfort or well-being. Avoid this hotel at all costs!! Writing this from the room,

Great hotel overall! The only issue is when we checked in, we were not given the room promised. Two queen beds did not accommodate our family of 5 needs. The front desk clerk was very friendly but said there was nothing she could do. My husband went back to the front desk an hour later and they were able to find us a room with the two beds and a fold out couch. Not sure how that room magically appeared but was grateful for it!

Rented a room for the night and was given a dirty room that housekeeping missed.The gentleman at the front desk stated he had no more rooms available to put my family in. After a bit he ended outing us in a room that was out of order for some reason.Not worth what I spent for the night ! Refund needed most definitely ! to bad I can not pictures can not be uploaded.

First off the service from the staff was great. I am grateful for that. They accomadated us and went the extra mile with our room and attended us well during the breakfast buffet. With kids under 6. We prefer convince when its comes to dining options and getting in and out from the hotel. It was a great location! The only reason for less stars is the place is older. The hallways to our room had a smell. But evenso i think we would stay again. For the price, service and location. Can't beat that!

Pros:
The team was courteous, kind and helpful. I asked for a room in a quiet area and it was definitely the most quiet room we’ve ever had in a hotel which was great.
Cons:
The rooms are old and worn down and gross (quite clean but falling apart.)
What really grossed me out (buy may just be par for the course for Vegas) was that almost every time we came in or left, there were people smoking at the front entrance (cigarettes and/or weed.) Thats not the vibe I’m going for in a hotel with my two small kids so I won’t be back.
