Well we arrived late and got a room.. once we got our things in the room and got the baby settled, immediately had someone throwing stuff at the window. Went to the front desk they checked it out and came back with nothing. Turned the ac on and set it to temp and went to take a shower bang the window again. Mind you third floor center of the hotel we have no idea what’s going on speak to front desk again nothing. Finally just decide to go to bed. Ac so loud it woke me up multiple times a night asked for a different room was told nothing avail. Went back to bed woken up again by the ac. We arrived at 11:15 and left at 8 I got three hrs of sleep

It was okay. The shower heads need to be upgraded. I dont know if it's because there were a lot of families with young kids, but the breakfast was just okay, no milk for cereal, no hot water out for tea. But hot water was brought out for me immediately, the front desk clerk (young lady, blue streaks in hair) was awesome and extremely helpful.

The staff was very friendly and efficient, the room was nice, although I could hear both the interstate traffic and the trains. The breakfast was basically the same as at most hotels, but was plated for you at the steam tables by servers so tipping was expected. There is a restaurant on site for dinner, but I was in town visiting family and friends so I didn’t eat there. My main reason for booking this hotel was so my grandkids could come swim in the pool, but it was being renovated. Disappointing, but it happens. Overall the stay was fine, definitely a nice hotle for a reasonable price.

Beautiful hotel and super clean room. Great staff. The initial room that we got had dirty bedsheets, and the front-desk clerk immediately came to our room to give us the key to a new room. The breakfast was good too. We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends/families.

We made a 2,400 mile trip for a family celebration of life get together and stayed in 4 hotels. Your hotel was by far the best. Did not care for the shower

Disappointed with quality of the food in the restaurant. Both dinner, which was a little spendy, and the free breakfast. Love that bar and restaurant in the hotel. I was worn out from a long day driving and appreciated not having to go anywhere else for a drink and a bite. Just wish the food was worth the cost. My entree at dinner was overcooked though the huge serving of vegetables was a pleasant surprise. Free hot breakfast was a nice touch but again, the food in the morning was dry and also overcooked. Wanted to relax in the hot tub after a long day's drive, but too many screaming kids for my frazzled nerves. Not a knock on the hotel. Families would love this place but not so much an adult traveler. Worth the price? Pretty much. It was a great place to get a good night's sleep.

I loved the lounge area with its large panoramic windows and gas log fireplace. A great place to sit and visit with family.

The outside and lobby are beautiful. The rooms could use a good cleaning. A lot of dust and dirt around the baseboards. They haven’t been vacuumed in a long time. The furniture in the room was chipped and the bathtub had black stain on the anti slip part of the tub. We stood at this hotel a week prior and that room was the same, We stood here again not knowing the area and this used to be a Hilton Hotel. Also they don’t have a restaurant up and running. They have everything there but they cater meals instead we were told. We wouldn’t stay here again knowing there is a few nicer places in the area. We found the The Coffee Mug is a good restaurant in town for family style food.

It’s a beautiful property and the kids had fun in the pool. Nice staff, comfortable beds. Breakfast is just continental but we had a nice stay.
