The phone service was very poor. Couldn’t text and some phone calls wouldn’t go through. We were there on a family emergency and the ability to communicate with other family members was very limited

Great, clean hotel! The staff was super friendly and the breakfast was awesome. The kids loved the pancake maker and all of the goodies. The staff was very attentive and accommodating.

Check in was a breeze, hotel was clean, smelled good, pool was warm! Housekeeping was so nice . And staff accommodated all the family we had come and visit I would give a 15 out of 10 One of the best experiences I have had at a hotel. Thank you!

We requested a ground floor room to our liking, avoiding the elevators and keeping conveniently near the front desk, lobby, breakfast room, pool and exercise facility. It was quiet and we were never bothered by any noise from the street or our indoor hall. We have stayed here previously while visiting family in Elko and will continue to do so in the future.

My family stops and stays in Elko a few times per year. This was the best hotel we have stayed at in Elko ever. Clean, comfortable, and the service was excellent. We will be staying at the Holliday Inn Express every time from now on.

We have kids and grandkids that live in Spring Creek, so when we visit them, we always stay here. It is always clean, always quiet and always safe. Beds are amazingly comfortable. I wish the pool had been warm-it was super cold on a cold day! But that is my only tiny suggestion.

We stayed one night on our family road trip back to the East coast. We got in late and left early in the morning but it was a good experience overall. Staff was friendly. Room seemed clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good too! We would stay again if ever driving through Elko again.
