Comfort Inn Elko

I’m not usually one to complain but we will not stay here again. Half of our room shook horribly due to venting or heating ducts. I mean SHOOK the bed and furniture. I’m shocked they could rent this room. It was so difficult to sleep. Also in the morning my kids and I went down for breakfast at 8:45 (closed at 9) and they had already took down all the food and the front lobby lady just said “sorry”. They took it down early because no one was coming. Also the hotel is very run down - cracked tiles, windows, carpet stains. Very disappointed!

We needed a place to stay on a family trip and it was getting later into the evening. The lady at the front desk was awesome. She got us taken care of quickly and let us know all the amenities. It was a great overnight. The rooms were really clean and the bed and pillows were wonderful.

How extremely warm and helpful the checkin clerk was!! Tis is our second time staying here, and so happy we chose this Comfort Inn, instead of all the other hotels and Motels nearby. Will let our son and his family know about this place since he is a day or so behind us on our trip. Will definitely stay here again.

The rooms are redone but not everything. If your going to update rooms you should do everything. The wallpaper in the bathroom was coming off. The shower and sink fixtures were old and looked aweful. No fan in the bathroom for stream when you shower. And the hotel is not kid friendly. We were swimming and the kids were playing. The lady upfront came and told us to be quiet. It was only 7 pm. And the walls are very thin. Could hear everything the neighbors were doing. I will not be staying here again.
