Staff in the pool area (and grab and go breakfast) was amazing- they were super sweet to our kids, gave us waters, apples, etc. Blew up inflatables for the kids & made sure we knew about the popsicle time. Pool area was fantastic. Not a ton of dining options near the hotel.

Walkable to CHI Arena, many restaurants to satisfy all tastes and price points (Spencer's was perfection), over to Iowa 😄, Durham Museum..... Speedy efficient check-in, helpful housekeeping staff for extra towels etc, fitness room was convenient and indoor pool would be perfect for families with kiddos. We'll go back.

My husband and I stayed in Omaha before catching an early morning flight. Great location. Nice room. Our only complaint was the water in the shower would not cool down. Could be a safety issue for children.

I booked three rooms- and the bed configuration wasn’t right on one of them. They tried to say it was Hotels.com.mistake, but it wasn’t as I had received email the day before from hotels. Com with my correct booking. Also, children aren’t free. Also, dirty bathtub with hair and u have to go get your own towels.

Very nice property. Parking is $15 per night. Great location in downtown Omaha. Beds are not comfortable and squeaked anytime my kids moved around in their sleep. Drains were slow in the bathroom on the 8th floor. But overall would stay here again, maybe. Breakfast is extra as well.
