The Great Falls Inn by Riversage

Great Falls Inn by Riversage provided an outstanding experience during our recent stay. Sandy at the front desk exemplified superior customer service, greeting us warmly and offering freshly made popcorn upon our arrival—a thoughtful gesture that set the tone for our visit. The room was spacious, and the king-size bed ensured a restful night's sleep. We slept like babies! Breakfast was a highlight, featuring a wonderful selection of hot and cold items that satisfied all appetites. The availability of coffee throughout the day was a nice touch, and the quality was excellent. Overall, our stay at Great Falls Inn by Riversage exceeded our expectations, thanks to the excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and enjoyable amenities. We will definitely choose to stay here again on our next trip to Great Falls.

It’s tucked behind the busy roads but close enough to get to restaurants and shopping areas. It’s walkable. It’s a safe neighborhood for a family. There’s a strong smell of the room when we entered I wasn’t sure if that was from the cleaning chemicals or it has been sitting empty for long? It didn’t bother me as it faded during our stay but I think that’s something that management to look for specially that some guests are particular of room smell. Room could have been left open to circulate air after guests have gone. Overall, our stay was comfy, room is warm, heater is not loud. would recommend this place.

Only stayed one night however would recommend for family and business traveller

Needs a little TLC. Bathtub plumbing needed fixing - you shower but the tap still pours water out too? Ceiling tiles been the victim of a fairly substantial leak at some point - but not replaced? It’s a $10 fix. The big fix needed - a new mattress; must have consistently had a couple of baby orcas sleeping on this mattress. Aircon overly loud as it clicks on and off. Check in staff member was great - believe was the manager. Checkout/ morning staff need some customer service training. No engagement around the stay - it is basics really.

Stopping point to and from visiting family in Canada. Check in was great (they had all our info) Took less than 5 minutes. Room was clean and comfortable. Our dog was with us and pet area outside was great. The only place we will stay when going through Great Falls.

Other than someone on our floor who was banging his head loudly on the wall for about an hour, our stay was good. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was OK. The coffee was good. The hotel is located conveniently to shopping and especially to the hospital. We didn't need the hospital, but I can see how this would be a very viable option for families. I was sad that they didn't make popcorn though.
