The pool was very small and only 3 ft deep. There was not much room for my kids to play. Also the hot tub was drained and there were no towels at the pool. At breakfast there were long lines and we had to wait for multiple things to be refilled.

Great location; walking distance to the Arch and the City Museum (the highlights of our trip). The breakfast was amazing; everything you could ask for (omelettes, waffles, oatmeal, fruit, yogurt, etc). The room we stayed in was huge and perfect for our family of five. Some of the interior was a little dingy (scuffs on walls, the blanket for the fold out couch had some stains on it, etc.), and it was a slight irritation that the vending machines and the ice machine on our floor didn’t work, but overall we’d stay here again.

There was no hit water and we werent advised until we checked in. The pool and hot tub were freezing. The $9 macaroni was microwave and the pizzas tasted like sweaty feet. Altogether a terrible experience for my family.

Overall our stay was good. We chose downtown for a night so we could be close to the Arch and different restaurants.
Parking was odd. We didn't know where to park and circled around quite a bit before pulling up to the hotel. The closest ramp did not allow overnight parking so that wasn't an option for us. Valet parking was $47/night with in and out privileges. We opted for this but then never ended up needing our car for our one night stay. Would have been cheaper to find an overnight parking ramp for $25. If you are however needing to use a car to go someplace it's best to do the valet then as you can get your car as many times as you want.
Our room was spacious - had a 2 queen with pull out couch. We were disappointed with managers reception as they didn't have any food; just drinks. For adults this wasn't a big deal, but our kids would have liked a little snack.
Pool was super small and each time we went to try and go it was horribly packed and never any towels.
Pillows in the room were exceptionally small. Also no extra pillows in the room for the pull out couch.
Breakfast redeemed this hotel for us. Many options - waffle bar, full service made to order omelets or eggs, buffet with cereal, fresh oatmeal & toppings, scrambled eggs, sausage links, fresh fruit, yogurt, and a few other items; coffee and juices.
Kind of maze to get from our room to the elevator. It is a large hotel and you will find a mix of families and business travelers here.

This hotel was the perfect place for my twin daughters and I for our little getaway. Everyone was incredibly accommodating and we will definitely be back in the future! I highly recommend this location for anyone with small children.

Parking is expensive. $45/day tips. Plan accordingly. Breakfast is great but very busy. They should have multiple stations (in addition to the waffle and bread stations) spread out rather than one main buffet. Omelettes were fantastic.
Pool is very small, too crowded, and there were no towels. Rooms were a good size but walls were very thin. Room next to ours was up until 3am partying (with young children) and smoking marijuana which wafted into our room.
Valet and staff were nice and accommodating.

One of the nicest hotels for the money. I have 4 kids so it’s hard for us to find a reasonable priced hotel with all the amenities that we received at Embassy. We plan to use this location for any future trips to the area.
