2 silly issues: 1 - my room didn't get made up. 2 - it took me a good 20 minutes to order a beer from the bar and then got half a beer as the keg ran out. On the plus side, a BIG THANK YOU for providing space for us to feed 250 band kids there for the BOA Super Regionals. We usually eat outside, but the rain changed that this year. You really helped us out. Now you know why I needed that beer.

I would have loved to give this hotel a great review, as it was a really great place to stay. However, when we arrived (an hour after check-in), our room was not ready and they couldn't tell us when it would be ready. Since we were in town for a Cubs/Cardinals game, we couldn't really wait indefinitely so we had to agree to a King-size bed with a rollaway for our family of 4 instead of the two beds we had reserved. This was incredibly less than ideal and a major disappointment for us. We made the best of it because we needed to change clothes and get to the game.

Decent stay. 2 lights in the bathroom were out. AC was set to 68 but woke up to 76 degrees. TV kept on going out so we could not watch anything. Bar was short staffed but they did the best they could. Check out guy was great. Made our kids feel included. If you want to charge for WiFi, then make sure you are a great hotel. Otherwise, make it free cause it seems like customers are being nickel and dimed. Would give another shot though. Just make sure the rooms are above standard

Perfect spot for our family who was in town for a concert at Busch Stadium! We were min away to walk there! Great bar in lobby also!

Conveniently located in downtown St. Louis, within few mins walking distance to the Gateway Arch and to various green spaces. Not enough food places though around the place for vegetarians especially. A swimming pool would be a good addition in the property, especially for the kids and adults alike.
