Location was good for the Arch Park. Pool was great and the kids enjoyed it. Fitness area was good and game room was good. Staff was pretty helpful. Our room was on the fifth floor smelled of pool water on check-in. Overall our stay was comfortable.

Natasha and her team went above and beyond for us. They treated my child so well. Always friendly greetings. The pool was fabulous, fun game room, spacious rooms (we had an arch view which was fabulous), the parking was safe and secure, and the breakfast was a big bonus.

My family and I had a great stay here. It was close to the ball field and super close to the arch(we walked to it). The rooms were clean. We had a cool view of the arch from our room. The pool was great. The fitness room had everything we needed. The breakfast was decent. No complaints!

Carpet needed to be cleaned badly. Asked to have my room cleaned and did not change sheets. Plus a lot of young teens drag racing on street. Very dangerous. Saw a family standing at the crosswalk at hotel and they were almost hit by a car speeding away from the police.

The hotel is located in an intersection of a major highway and a bridge that is somewhat used for drag racing. Multiple times per night you hear roaring cars and motorcycles revving hard around the area. There was actually a hit and run that single night we stayed. The one that finally did it for me was on the second night when there were drunk people yelling and talking loud on the hallway and the room beside us. My family and I packed up and left at midnight, opting to spend the night driving back to Chicago than enduring another night there. The staff did what they could but there’s only so much they can do.

Took a family trip for spring break. We were suppose to have a city view but ended up with a beautiful view of a brick wall. Went t9 the front desk to ask about it and they said the only way to switch roo s would be to pay a $30 upgrade fee. Which of coyrse we did so our 3 young kids could see the arch/city instead of a wall for the week. After paying the extortion fee and switching rooms we had a nice view of the arch. The rooms were clean but the wall were paper thin we could here the neighbor cough through out the night. The beds were very still and less than desirable.

They over booked and gave our double room away. We had to stay in 2 king rooms which one was comped by the hotel. They couldnt get us into adjoining rooms so they were down the hall from one another. Instead of staying as a family we was forced to split up and stay separately. I was under the assumption that when you reserve a room several days in advance that you will get the room that you requested.
