Absolutely amazing service! Pool was absolutely heavenly. It was like I was on the beach, we got served drinks while sitting by the pool, the temperature of the pool was absolutely perfect (salt water, so no chlorine!) The staff set up the chairs for you and had fresh towels that were good quality. One downside was the kids were loud, but luckily I had noise counseling headphones :P Rooms always nice, tub is amazing! Bed sheets were top notch. View was stunning!

Our stay at the Four Seasons St. Louis was top-notch! The highlights included clean, comfy beds, super quiet rooms, a fantastic view of The Arch, the best rooftop pool and hot tub ever and very friendly staff! The only drawback was getting a little lost in the hotel and having to ask for directions alot (it is a huge hotel and it was a first-time stay) and parking was a bit spendy ($49 for overnight valet parking). This hotel is adult, not kid-friendly, which made for a quiet, relaxing getaway! Had a great time and would definitely stay again!

The property was very nice and the room felt luxurious. We were able to take advantage of an upgrade opportunity which provided us with a corner room with a view of the river which was amazing. We had appetizers and drinks at Cinder House which the ambiance is very inviting and comfortable, especially near the fireplace. And we had room service for dinner. It was such a great time in the hotel that we didn't leave to explore downtown at all. Great time overall and definitely recommending to my friends and family.

Four Seasons is our St. Louis "go to" -- from valet to check-in to room service to spa -- everyone always goes out of their way with service. I love this place. I had a small issue with some hair in the bathroom. Upon arrival, I found a long dark hair under the drinking glasses in the bathroom and a few more in the tub (I didn't use the tub, but might have had there not been hair in it). My children and I are blonde. The room smelled fantastic. Room service was prompt, courteous, food was hot and delicious. The pool was wonderful, the service was excellent, and the location was perfect for the activities we had planned. One other small detail -- the room-phone was unplugged in our room-1710 so I plugged it in. Once I got the jack connected, the phone worked, but it has a pretty loud buzz making it difficult to hear -- I used it to call valet and room service as well as the front desk. There was a second cordless telephone. The phone appeared to be charged, but when you pressed the "talk" button nothing would happen. I could have just used my cell phone, but the room phones let you press a button to go directly to Valet and Room Service. Not a big deal, just minor details, everything else was perfect.

This stay was, by far, the best hotel experience our family has had. They called us ahead of our stay to get to know us better and had special treats waiting for the kids. I never want to stay anywhere else!
