I booked this room because it was advertised as having an indoor pool. I brought 4 children planning to spend their evening swimming only to get there and find out there was no pool.

We had 7 people including an infant with us so we were relying on using the pullout sofa. It was broken and we couldnt even get it to go back into the sofa frame. There also weren't even blankets for that bed even if we could get it to work. Breakfast was suppose to go until 1030 but by 9am there were no more eggs and they lady told us that she was not making any more even though there were 90 minutes left of breakfast.

The advertised pool seems to be permanently closed, which was a big disappointment to the children. Crumbs and hair on the sheets of the rollaway bed. Staff was rude and did not do anything to try to make things right.
