Didn’t get to have a stay hidden fees that don’t show on the site stopped me from even renting the room plus you don’t take cash and different forms of payments so never could get a room nor even be able to stay with my family was told I wouldn’t be able to find a hotel for a cheaper price and I did just that and saved my self money

Property grounds were clean and well manicured. Inside the hotel was clean. The elevator stopped working one evening. The door where we entered was shut off with yellow tape and a trash can causing a longer walk to our room. The room was oddly shaped and the couch was located very awkward. The room was clean the bathtub was very small. The room could use a more family functioning design. Some staff were polite others not so much. I prepaid my hotel when I booked, they still held a $460 & $40 hold for 5-days which was not acceptable as there was no purpose for the long hold!

Was an overall good experience staff helpful and polite. No contential breakfast but have a small restaurant in lobby. Breakfast menu was good but little pricey. Had a burger for dinner was great tasting and good price. Bed I had was a king and little worn out. I would stay there again and will recommend to family and friends.
