Could sleep, locals using it for porn movie style loud sex, couldn’t sleep for hours, called front desk and they didn’t do anything about it, families need to stay away.

This was a last minute unexpected stay for us(2 adults & 2 kids) but the staff was extremely polite and accommodating. Breakfast was good. The property was quiet and clean. The beds were super comfy and clean. My only tiny issue was the housekeeping/breakfast staff didn't speak any English at all so it was hard to communicate with them but I probably should've paid more attention in Spanish class when I was in high school and it wouldn't have been an issue lol! But overall we had a great stay and will definitely stay again if we need to.

The man at the front desk was the absolute worst I’ve ever seen. He was also a Liar!! He made claims that were proven to be false about myself and 2 other people. We will Never and I mean never go back to this hotel. And when I say we I mean my whole softball team (15 families). So please if your reading this stay at the crown plaza right next door. It will definitely be worth the extra 20$ a night!! Completely garbage!!
