Best Western Plus St. Louis Airport Hotel

Everything was great here. There’s breakfast early in the morning and a pool if you have kids (indoor). The staff is very nice especially Kitty! She was my favorite. The property surrounding isn’t anything special or walkable or even pretty but it’s a great place to stay.

it was good stay, staff was good, clean hotel and felt safe. Thats what matters when travelling with family.

Every time we entered into the property it smelled clean and was kept clean. Breakfast was delicious, accessible and enjoyable! My family and I were very pleased with our stay and our free hotel shuttle service to and from the airport.

Room was the best part of this location. It was clean and comfortable but despite being a smoke free facility listing no smoking/vape/marijuana the entire floor and our rooms smelled like marijuana multiple nights we were there. It was also very noisy with slamming of doors every 5 minutes after 11pm and children running thru the hallways also every 5 minutes. Staff told us the place were busy when we brought it up. Not sure why there are rules in place then. Breakfast had hard biscuits that felt like they were leftover from the day before, the bacon was see thru and the eggs were cold. If it were for the comfortable and clean room this would be a hard 1 star review.

Friendly staff, nice rooms, good breakfast. Our only complaint was that we specifically chose a hotel with a pool to take our little ones swimming and I’m not sure if it’s just not a heated indoor pool or if it was broken but the water was freezing so we just stuck our feet in and while we were there multiple other people came and went quickly when realizing how cold the water was. But overall I’d stay here again!

While the size of our room was great for us and our baby, there was not a crib in the room as requested, the bathroom was disgusting with old soap in the shower that had hair on it, there was hair shavings on the walls and hair in the bottom of the shower. Due to complete exhaustion and only staying one night I opted to put a towel in the bottom of the shower for a SUPER QUICK rinse off to avoid touching any surfaces. We found a sock in the room that wasn't ours and my partner swore she was getting bit by something in the bed. The breakfast was decent but we will not be returning to this location ever!

Picked this hotel for the 1 night waiting for family because they had a pool and a shuttle from the airport. They're using a new shuttle service and have kinks to work out for sure. Wasnt given accurate pick up instructions to find the shuttle. Checked in just as the pool was closing, asked of we could go in for a few minutes.... nope. Got to our room and the door wasnt even closed all the way!! Next morning i went down early to ask for a later checkout of an hour because we were waiting for family to drive in and pick us up... i first had to wait because the employee was making her breakfast. Then was rudely told no, because the mananger left a note saying they were booked and waved the note in my face. The indoor heated pool in the morning was so cold, even my child was done in 5 minutes. No food around to grab a quick bite if youre walking. It takes a lot for me to leave a crappy review.... but this one earned it. Positive note, beds are comfortable and rooms were cleaned, despite 2 doors being left open. Ours and the room next to us.

Great service. The staff is extremely friendly. We were able to walk to the car rental places. Breakfast was great. Right next to the airport. Our family liked staying there.
