The room was dirty, i went to the aquarium with my kids and grandkids came back and my bed was not made with nothing on it. The service was not good and room was dirty. My next trip to St.Louis i will stay in a different Motel

We had an issue with our air conditioner at 1030pm. It went in to freeze protection and would only blow heat. Then we had to have a tech in our room at 11pm after our kids were already asleep to fix it. We then had breakfast there and the food was all burnt and stale and cost 48$! It was not a good experience and I will not be staying at a Hilton again.

I have been extremely unhappy since arrival last night. I reserved a king suite for me and my two children and friend and was put in a room single room with a queen bed. When I went to talk to the front desk the person was very rude to me and told me they over booked despite the that I had reservations pulled up from days ago. We were given a room that was less than accomodating to our situation without even a slight apology but treated as if I were being inconvenient to her. When we got to our room we had to request sheets and blankets, there were no washcloths or towels in our bathroom and we had have someone bring that up at almost 10:00 pm. We left this morning for the day, no one cleaned or replenished anything. When we tried to go swimming today there were three unsupervised children who were left at the pool for at least a half hour before I called the front desk. The customer service here is horrible. I recieved zero compensation not even an apology.

This hotel apparently offers park and fly so their parking lot was full beyond capacity. This means you run the risk of being blocked in by a car making their own spot along the perimeter of the lot. If they wish to offer this service they need to purchase the vacant adjacent lot and expand their parking. They ran out of towels (both bath and pool) so we couldn’t go swimming as a family as we would have needed to use the only towels we had to shower with afterwards to wipe chlorinated water off. The pillows are so soft that they offer little support. The breakfast was absurdly overpriced. $45 for 2 adults and a child to have a small meal.
