The room was very clean and spacious as we got a double queen suite due to having 6 people. The beds were very firm and we ended up pulling the mattress off the pull out couch because my kids were afraid it was going to break the frame from all the sounds it was making and because the mattress was very thin and uncomfortable. The people above us had kids and they were heavy walkers all night so we did not sleep much. Breakfast area was clean and had several options. We enjoyed the patio area during our stay.

Some key details posted on their site which really affected my decision to book were the two large grills and outdoor fireplace. My family and I are not big fast food eaters so upon check-in i immediately inquired about obtaining a hot plate and the rules for using the outdoor grills. I was told “you can just use them but I don’t know how”. Foolishly I ran over to Target for some groceries before checking if they were functional. Neither grill had a propane tank and the fireplace didn’t work either. Boo! When I addressed the front desk about this issue I was told “Oh, I am not sure why”. Rooms were OK. Basic. Jameson kept the common areas very clean. Washer & dryer work well too ($4/each per cycle).

We had a. 1 bedroom suite to be able to visit with family. 4 kids & 4 adults…no one felt crowded & the kids loved the pool! Perfect place!

The property was clean and in order. The room was exactly as it should have been. Awesome choice if you want some privacy from your children without paying for another room.

We were staying at a hotel for one night since our flight came in near midnight, then went to see family after that. No issues getting into our room that late. We had the suite so two beds plus the couch into a bed and we were comfortable. Breakfast the next morning was good and had a great variety even though it was a weekday. Would stay again for sure.

Very clean, family friendly, great breakfast, enjoyed our stay and would love to stay there again. Our family of 6 was very comfortable in our room with 2 beds and a pull out sofa bed.

Price for value. Check-in took more than 30 minutes with difficulties to trace the payment. The entire family did not like this at all, especially after a long road trip.
