Ill give the staff a higher rating than the facility since they put me and my baby in a corner room, minus 1 star for making it the furthest from the elevator. But the facility had renovations/maintenance going on with the wall paper peeled back, and the wall paper has mold spots all over it. The bedroom had bottle caps and a coaster from downstairs. The bed was somewhat made perfectly, but felt like someone had just pulled the comforter back. Not familiar with the city so I cant say if other hotels would be nicer. I do love four points hotels in other states

The folks in the kitchen were awesome. They are the only reason why the review received and stars. The hotel was clean like I would expect. The downside is the staff door near the rooms, all night they go in and out and let the door slam. And talk about as loud as possible without screaming. Normally I wouldn’t care as much, but traveling with a baby it continued to wake her up and in turn I got no rest nor did she. That was the worst experience so far. I travel and stay in hotels often. Never have I had that situation. The front desk didn’t seem concerned with guest service as much. Upon arriving it felt more like a self checkin then it did talking to a person. I honestly wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

The bed was lumpy and the kids was running up and down the hallway late at night. The walls are thin and you could hear you neighbors talking in their room

We booked a room with roll away bed for 3 adults and 2 children. They gave us a room for 1 bed only. Said they can’t give a roll away, we had no place to put the baby pack and play and toddler had to sleep with us. The room was small, old, bathroom was old and small as well. TV wasn’t working and technician couldn’t figure it out when my husband then did. They also put us in the top floor corner so we had to walk the farthest with the kids. Toilet Gately flushed. Shower backed up. No easily accessible outlets. Only 2 towels with 4 guests. They didn’t offer breakfast because we booked with Hotels.com. They charge for bottle of water in your room if you aren’t their specialty member. Never again!

Property was fine, but the bed was more like a cot. 2 small children and they complained about sliding to the center of the bed during the night - it was even worse for adults.

We’ve stayed here on 3 separate occasions now. It’s an affordable option that’s a great value for the money in an area of the metro that’s safe and convenient. A huge shout out goes to Kelly for saving the day on our first night. My child had an accident on the way there, and I needed to wash the car seat cover. I went to the lobby to find the laundry room - top floor and half way across the building. I got to the laundry room - totally coin operated and I didn’t have enough. I came back to the lobby, now full of flight staff checking in, and tried to use the ATM to get cash to exchange for change - it wouldn’t accept my debit card (not a compatible card). Exhausted, I went to the front desk and waited to see if I could buy one of the convenience items and get cash back to exchange for change. The other girl at the desk said they didn’t offer that and suggested I try the ATM I’d just tried. Kelly saw me and asked how many loads I needed to wash. I held up my small laundry bag with the car seat cover and told her what I was trying to wash. She dug cash out of her own pocket and made change for me so I’d have enough for one load wash and dry. I offered to buy her something of equal value from the convenience area, but she declined. Honestly, I was at my wit’s end and exhausted from the trip, worsened by knowing I’d have to stay up late to wash and dry laundry so we could leave in the morning. Kelly’s help stopped what felt like an avalanche of bad events. Thanks, Kelly!

I was awakened multiple time during the night by kids. A couple baseball teams were staying there and the kids seemed to be unsupervised. For $185 a night I do not to have to yes lol at kids to be quite at midnight.

I the shuttle earlier than the standard 3:30 was the reason we chose this place. It was great to beat the rush with our small kids. Thank you for making it convenient and for having a restaurant with boulevard onsite and open!!! I only wish that the parking fee would have been shared upfront. I feel as if I was made to believe it came with the room. Overall great stay!

There’s only one elevator to go up to the floors. It did have a pool & gym. I think the best part we’re the housekeepers were so sweet & their service were fast & friendly. The downfall is my family and I did wake up itchy and with bite marks. Almost positive bed bugs. I wouldn’t stay here again honestly.
