The Customer service to check in was terrible. I called in advance and spoke with Denise and she gave me 2 rooms connected with each other since we were bringing our kids and when we got there we did not get them and then had to wait 1 1/2 hours before they located 2 clean rooms.

Great property, my one concern was at checkout. The valet brought the car and parked it in the farthest location and across the lot ( when my bags and my three small children were clearly standing there). I then had to move the car myself and load it. So I guess, someone missed out on their tip.

Loved how everything was close or even connected to the hotel that the kids and I came to do. Location was perfect and the staff fantastic. Just not a fan of the parking. The parking garage wasn’t bad but the spacing in it leaves a lot to be desired for bigger family vehicles. I have a medium size SUV and it was too tight

Travis the manager on duty checked us in quick and provided us a great room with a wonderful view to accommodate my family to see fireworks and the pool.

The corridor leading to The Westen from the train station was half lit and frankly very confusing with minmal signage. I called the front desk and was on hold for almost 12 minutes at 11 pm. Once i finally reached the front desk i voiced my concerns and was in a panic on how strange it was to maneuver through a half lit corridor with no one in sight with a young child in tow. There was minimal concern from the front desk amd no real appology for the long wait time. I stay with the Marriot family often so i am disappointed. The room was comfortable and we did sleep well. Rita checked us out and was kind and apologetic about the corridor.
