We where here for a concert and we walked of close it was! The staff was super friendly! I hate hotel beds but I was so comfortable with this one! The breakfast was amazing, even my kids loved it and they are picky eaters! We could hear the train very often but it was ok we could sleep through it. Really clean and nice hotel!

Our stay was just a quick family trip to get away and to visit a few museums. The hotel was clean and beds were comfortable and clean. I appreciated the microwave and mini fridge. There was also complementary water available.

Had multiple issues with my stay, I get that it is a downtown hotel but the check in parking should be marked better, ended up street parking while checking in. During check in they were close to being out of keys so only got one key for four of us. So sent the family up with the key while I went to the paid parking lot. The paid parking lot was full so ended up having to pay for parking that I was unable to use. Mentioned that to the front desk clerk and he cussed and said their is other parking but he wasn't sure how to get in it. Not sure we will stay here again.
