Front desk person didn't know the breakfast hours. My kids were stop and ask if there were guest even having the keys for the room.

Great location and a really nice room. We were in town for family and shopping. The only issue was I was charged for valet, but never once used it. The employee at checkout resolved the issue. I'd stay here again and again.

Clean hotel, great location. They were only valeting cars when we arrived, which is strange since they have a garage. That was not apparent when we reserved. There are several surface lots nearby. Housekeeping and front desk were extremely slow to requests for fresh towels, toilet paper and Kleenex. If you’re there for a short time with no car to manage, it’s probably a good experience overall. We were there for a week for family events and it became pretty annoying for a family of four.

From the location to the staff to the corner room that gave us 2 different views, thank you for making our family weekend getaway comfortable. The hotel was literally 20min away from every activity we had planned. Our room was big enough for the 4 of us. The kitchenette came with everything you'll need to get you through the weekend. Can't believe we almost spent an extra $100 to stay across the street at Lowes, in a room with no microwave or mini fridge. We'll definitely stay here again

We had a great stay and would definitely come back. Room was clean, comfy and had good AC. Breakfast was of high quality and perfect options for family.
