During the entire stay at this property the was a large roofing crew. There were tarps and shingle debris less than a foot from the front door the entire time. They took all the parking spots with the exception of 3. My vehicle was covered in shingle debris, felt and tacks daily. Terrible experience! I was not able to allow my children to step outside of the condo for the fear of them getting struck from falling debris. When the issue was brought to thousand hills they said they were sorry but they do not control any of that, they just book the condo’s.

Checked in and went to our townhome. Place was dirty, still had Christmas decorations up, tv was hanging crooked and furniture was ripped and torn in bedroom and living room. I went back to office with pictures and asked to be moved. They were very accommodating and moved us to a much nicer and cleaner townhome. They even admitted they wouldn’t stay in this townhome either. Later that night, around 11:30 pm every smoke detector in the home went off. We called the “after hours emergency number” several times and got no answer. Husband drove to office and it was closed. We had to call 911 and fire department came. They too could not get ahold of anyone. Called battalion chief and went through and checked all detectors. One had a bad battery and set them all off. After about 90 min we were able to return inside. We had three small children with us and had sit on driveway til 1:00 am. Went to office next morning and was informed they had no idea why no one would answer, and couldn’t tell us what to do if anything happened again, laughed at our issue and said the manager would call when she came in. I asked when that would be ….”she will be in when she gets here”. It was extremely frustrating and they were extremely rude. Had to go back a third time and talk to someone else. I will say some in the office were very nice and helpful, while others were inefficient and rude. You cannot just check people in and take their money. There are too many other places to stay nowadays.

We booked this condo for a weekend in Jan which is off season for Branson. Was still over 500 dollars after they add the $169 fee. So not cheap. But then turns out not Enough hot water for 6 people to take showers in morning. And I don’t mean lukewarm water. I mean freezing cold. Three members of our family were unable to bathe each day. Beds lumpy and my husband found half of a waffle under the couch. Not even joking. Save your money!!!
