The hotel was ok. I booked a room with a King and got a handicap roon with 2 queens and no microwave. I work on the road and dont like eating out a lot so usually pick stuff up to microwave for dinner. There were hand prints on the mirror about kid hight. The draw under the TV would not stay shut. Staff seemed pretty friendly and they kept the main arras pretty clean.

Very outdated. Beds uncomfortable. Extremely loud. Breakfast was good. Reserved two rooms due to small children and rooms weren’t even near each other. Decor very outdated. Not very clean. Do not recommend staying here.

Only had one night with toddler and the area was perfect! Loved the pool and the breakfast. Free parking, beautiful views, LOVED the area.

The hotel is conveniently near the river and other facilities. However, our stay this time was different. Room wasn't ready even after check-in time and the room cleaning was done quickly. There was an overpowered smell of cleaner or air freshener (like baby powder) as if it was masking something. The a/c air smelled like urine when it ran. Room door had to be slammed in order to ensure it closed safely. Asked a cleaning staff member for fresh towels while in the hall, she replied she was coming to bring them, however, almost 4 hours later had to ask again.

did not sleep much because there was a group of young kids playing in the halls till about 1am in the morning. staff said they received numerous complaints before relocating them. there was no adults with kids. kids were back running and playing in the halls the following morning. i think kids belong to hotel staff. because of all of this we checked out after lunch on Saturday, but was not given any refund. have tried to talk to manager several times but manager is never available.

Friendly staff from the evening check in to breakfast buffet and check out. Corner king suite was able to accommodate our full child crib in living area and we had our own separate room for sleeping- much to our surprise. Room also had most comforts of home, K cup coffee maker, mini fridge and microwave.

I loved everything about this hotel. The staff are very welcoming, the beds are luxurious, and the sound-proofing is phenomenal. There was a family with small children next to me and I only know that because I briefly heard them in the hallway as they were going into their room. Will definitely be going back!

The hotel was pretty and clean. The staff was very friendly. Great location. The beds were extremely comfortable as well. The breakfast, however, was something none of my family would eat. Also the pool needed cleaning.

A jewel of a place! Sparkling clean, stunning view of the Mississippi River. Leticia made us feel like family from the moment we walked in. Kristi was super helpful with a late check out so I could catch the hop-on hop-off bus. Very new-ish hotel on the site of an old cotton factory. Gorgeous place, very reasonably priced. We extended our stay to enjoy it longer!
