I got to the 2nd floor and a couple rooms down had a kid that sounded like he was dieing. When I got to the room, the room was hot. The A/C was on but not blowing cold air. The chair for the desk felt like it would fall apart. The bed was nice. The bathroom light/fan was very noisy. Overall, this place sucked.

Not so good, I was expecting it to be more fancy and luxurious and it was far from that. Some of our family stayed at the grand hotel that was more luxurious for way cheaper.

The hotel room was nasty. The room hadn’t been dust or cleaned. The floor was so sticky, when you walk your shoes stick to the floor. The toilet hadn’t been cleaned. At 2:30 am in the morning, someone kids was loud, running and playing in the hallway. They was suppose to have made a adjustment to my bill, but they didn’t. I call down stairs and I did report everything. The last thing, the bed was so bad, every time you move it made loud noises. I got down on the floor and looked underneath the bed and it was coming apart. The had brown fitted sheet over the box spring to hide it. The furniture was nasty.

My only issue was that I had a baby and the floor was not clean at all. I was walking on the floor and could feel the dirty . Also took a towel wiped my feet to put on shoes towel was brown . Which means I could not like her play on the floor like she always does .Also hair in that bathroom floor that was not ours . I had braids this was black long curly hair . But other then that everything was great I loved the breakfast tasted like a home cooked meal .

We had a terrific stay. There for our family reunion. The hotel was very accommodating. The customer service was excellent. The bar and drinks were great as was the bartender. The pool was great. I used all the amenities, business center, pool, bar, fitness center. We would stay again.

This was a really good hotel. The room was a little outdated but there was nothing wrong with it at all. The lobby/bar/breakfast area was up to date so I bet the rooms are next. I had to check out before breakfast but I heard from other family that it was really good and the staff was awesome. I would stay here again.
